RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Contrast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or showroom pickup to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at sg@contrast.be with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. You may also return items directly to our showroom:

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
